La Asociación fue recibida en la sede del Parlamento de Canarias
En la mañana de hoy la Asociación fue recibida en la sede del Parlamento de Canarias por el Partido Popular. Mantuvimos una fructífera reunión con los parlamentario autonómicos Guillermo Díaz (miembro de la comisión de agricultura y pesca) y Cristina Tavio (portavoz para el sector primario del PP). Les trasladamos los problemas de la pesca submarina en Canarias y la discriminatoria ley que nos afecta. Solidarizándose totalmente con nuestro colectivo, D. Guillermo Díaz se comprometió a cuestionar en sede parlamentaria al Consejero de pesca sobre los problemas que se le habían comunicado.
Agradecemos sinceramente la colaboración por parte del referido parlamentario, el cual se sorprendió de que tuviéramos restricciones sin estudios científicos que las sustentasen.
Se les hizo entrega de tres estudios técnico-científicos relacionados con el impacto de la pesca submarina y la actividad económica que genera la pesca recreativa. ??????
